So there’s more you can do with Shakeology if you just get your creative juices going, it’s actually more than just a “healthy nutritional shake.” I can’t take credit for this recipe, however when I find out who came up with this delightful treat, I will definitely give them a biggggg thumbs up and kudos.
This has been passed on to me by my fellow Team Beachbody Coaches; Landy and Paula Urquiaga, who I think got it from Puckhead who said Kelly Nelson had the recipe…You know he said she said, anyway I’ll get to the bottom of who created this great healthy chocolate pie recipe…LOL.
SHAKEOLOGY CHOCOLATE PIE.….drumbeat…. Now do not PRE-JUDGE by the ingredients. It is REALLY good. My 5 year old daughter LOVES it.
12oz Tofu (I used the 14 oz pkg)
1- 1/2 scoop Shakeology
Natural/Organic Peanut Butter (Could Use Almond Butter)
Soy Milk or Almond Milk
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Cool Whip Lite
Here’s how I did it, cause there wasn’t set in stone instructions.
Put tofu in a bowl large enough you can use a hand mixer. Break the tofu up a bit, add part of the Shakeology mix, blend with mixer then blend in the remaining, if it gets to thick, go ahead and add a little milk. Then add 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, blend more, keep adding enough milk until a pudding like consistency (you don’t want it too thick, however you don’t want it runny either). You can add more peanut butter to taste. This is a trial and error phase here, the more you make it the better you will get. Scoop the “pudding like” mixture into the pie shell. Spread Cool Whip Lite over the top. Cover and put in fridge for a while.

Another spin on this recipe…
Instead of using a pie shell, have it available for pudding for the kids. You can put cool whip on top then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or not. It makes a great tasting pudding too. (Cures my Chocolate sweet tooth!!!)
